"Code violation notice from the police department taped to the front and back door when we arrived, apparently that neighborhood does not allow rental properties without a permit. Water damage visible on living room ceiling (not shown in property photos) and the whole place REEKED of mold... we informed the host and didn't stay, left immediately. They didn't want to give us a refund, so I reported the listing to VRBO, and was finally able to get a refund initiated. Communication with the host was spotty at best. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!! "
