"This house could be nice, but it’s unkept and in worse interior condition than my daughter’s friends apartment - in a low income complex. There’s chipped paint everywhere, including the tub. Dirty and dingy walls, doors, flloors. Hardly any insulation as I could hear the tennent below us walk, fart, and talking as if they were next to us. The reason for the backyard not being maintained is just an excuse to be lazy, letting the plants overgrow and dilapidate the decks to the point of safety issues. It smells of a musty old persons home. We couldn’t get out of there soon enough. Whatever was in the fridge before it was cleaned out, left a nasty odor, that permeated the food we put in and then couldn’t use. An old used toilet plunger was just left on the floor, behind the bedside tables are piles of dust and garbage. "
