On the morning of checkout, my partner and I discovered BED BUGS crawling on us in the bed, creating an immediate health and safety concern. We reported this to the front desk and had to request a room change ourselves, as no apology or proactive resolution was offered. Due to the risk of bringing bed bugs into our vehicle or home, we needed extra time to thoroughly inspect our belongings. Despite explaining this, staff repeatedly rushed us out. Around 11:40 AM, a housekeeping employee was rude, dismissive, and threatened additional charges. Shortly after, a front desk employee, Melissa, accused us of smoking without basis and demanded we leave immediately in an unprofessional manner. Most staff showed no urgency or empathy, and some appeared to take the situation lightly. Only Helda, the housekeeping manager, was understanding. This stay was not usable due to unsafe and unsanitary conditions. I am requesting a full refund due to bed bug exposure, unprofessional staff behavior, and failure to resolve the issue appropriately. I expect a prompt resolution."

I had no complaints regarding cleanliness, and I appreciated how easy it was to locate items throughout the room, which made my experience comfortable and convenient. One area for improvement would be the shower amenities. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash did not have any perforated or tactile markings to distinguish them, which can be challenging for a visually impaired guest. Adding those small details would make a big difference in accessibility. Additionally, the sink water tended to stay on the lukewarm side, even after letting it run for a while. I did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, so I can’t speak on that. Other than those minor points, my stay was very pleasant, and I would consider staying again."
