"I was honestly in shock when I arrived - this hotel has really gone downhill. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property, including the lobby, which never seemed to go away no matter how much they cleaned. Even my 4-year-old noticed it immediately. Housekeeping was extremely disappointing—our room wasn’t cleaned at all until the last day of our stay (note this 5 day stay). The staff didn’t appear welcoming and seemed visibly unhappy, which added to the overall experience. Breakfast was also a letdown and did not meet expectations at all. For the price charged per night, this hotel is absolutely not worth it anymore. This used to be my go-to hotel whenever I visited Fort Lauderdale, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning."

"Dirty bathroom that had a sewer backup smell, undersized bath towels, and a very loud exhaust fan. Cheap, tired room furniture. There's a pretty good sports bar/restaurant at the hotel next door, but other than that there is nothing within walking distance. The cruise port and airport shuttles are the best things this property has going for it. It's tolerable for a night before or after a cruise, but not really a longer stay. "

"Hotel was busy and car park was pretty full - found a space round the back. Room was bigger than expected and very comfortable. Plenty of choice at breakfast - hot and cold. Handy location for airport and cruise port. "

"Clean room, friendly staff. Good parking. Located in business park/condo/apartment area, short drive to restaurants and stores. Easy 15 minute drive to Port Everglades. "

"Room was clean. The fitness area was clean. AC worked well. The free breakfast was great. Lots of options including scrambled eggs, cheese omelettes, bacon/sausage, cereal, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, and fruit. Parking was readily available. The mattress for the pull out couch, was terribly uncomfortable - that was our only issue. "

"On the check out I forgot some clothes in the room. Called the receptionist the same day to keep them for me. In 4 days I was back in the city and went to the reception desk. Nobody was aware of my forgotten stuff and I didn’t see it again."
