"We really enjoyed our stay! Home is clean, spacious, and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Amenities are very close to the home and very convenient. The only challenge we had was getting the lights/fan in the bedrooms to operate independently of each other, as it seems that they are on the same frequency (just a minor issue).We look forward to returning to THIS home."

"Clean, well-kept, spacious and convenient place for my wife and I and our dogs to visit the Atlanta area and go to a Braves game. Our dogs loved the lower windows in the living room. Ashley was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again. "

"This was a great location for our needs, only about 23 minutes into downtown Atlanta. Located on a very quiet street. Everything you need is within 10 minutes, lots of shopping, a large Kroger store is only 1.5 miles away. Very nice clean house, spacious. Beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive to any questions I had. Will definitely stay again when in the Atlanta area!"

"Place was not cleaned well. refrigerator was frozen, and it was dirty under the ice and when I contacted the host, she claimed that it would take all day to defrost. they came to clean it after. The restroom the towel holder was very loose. I was nervous to even put my towel on there because I didn’t wanna be blamed for breaking it. They rent the other part of the house to someone else and their alarm kept going on and I had a call for them to stop it. Although they came to stop it, they seemed annoyed by me, asking for it to be off. My husband and I were there for a week and they only left two towels for good hygiene. You should use a clean towel.. The counter in the bathroom was dirty stuff just looked a little grossed out. It’s a cute little spot. I think they should just invest some time and cosmetic stuff. The walls were dirty. There was no baseboard all around it. They had a couch. That’s a futon. It would’ve been great if they had left extra comforters and sheet for it. The air filter is dirty and needed to be changed. It caused my allergies to flare up. They said they had a kitchenette but no sink they wanted em to wash it in the restroom sink that’s gross. "

"The property owner was kind and extremely responsive to inquiries. The house does not have a working washing machine which would have help out as we were in town for a baseball tournament. The location of the house was perfect for the venue of the games and access to dinning and entertainment. This is an older house that definitely needs some TLC. "
