"This is one of the most amazing stays I’ve ever had while I visited Nigeria, the locations, all of the staff and environment are amazing, my special regards to everyone working here( receptionist, securities, the entire management. I love you all."

"That the power didnt go out and the room was very clean my husband said it felt like home"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no hot water and the door was falling off the hinge. The wifi is also very spotty. "

"The booking i made thru hotel.com was not found. I paid for 2 nights. I had to pay afresh and reduced my stay to one night. Ive written hotels.com for refund. i see that i have been addressed by someone else's name. Please correct that in your system. Otherwise the hotel was generally ok. But i was charged way way above the hotel rates as well. Please resolve this. Booking ref is 72072309167578. The card is in my name. And so also is the booking. Please look into this unique case"

"Very terrible Resident to stay"

"I was not allowed to stay and was not informed ahead. I was told on arrival that the facility was being fumigated for COVID and the workers were really arrogant and rude . I was stranded for hours and had to find another hotel "

"I lunch a complaint to your customer care but no one response to that. the hotel claim they didn’t receive payment from Expedia. they also claim they are not working with Expedia anymore. I end up paying another payment to them in cash. "
