A very modern and comfortable flat

Situated in the center of Arachova, the flat is extremely comfortable and well equipped . Everything was clean and tidy and of good quality. We were very satisfied and do recommend this place strongly

Expérience mitigée

L'appartement était bien décoré, très design avec des matériaux de qualité mais nous avons eu la mauvaise "surprise" de découvrir qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation alors que c'était indiqué dans l'annonce. De plus, la chambre au sous-sol sentait beaucoup l'humidité. Il faut savoir qu'il y a un déshumidificateur qui tourne en permanence et qui fait du bruit. Cette chambre n'a pas d'ouverture vers l'extérieur d'où un manque de renouvellement d'air et donc de d'humidité je pense. La cuisine est bien équipée mais il manque une table pour manger (il faut manger sur un comptoir en face d'un mur ! Pas génial quand on est 4...). Le canapé lit est dans cette pièce où l'on mange. Je pense que cet appartement est pour 2 maximum car à 4 c'est très petit. Bref, nous avons demandé à changer et nous sommes allés dans l'appartement du dessous. Malheureusement, appartement plus petit et toujours sans climatisation (il faisait près de 30°C en août !) mais avec au moins des ouvertures sur la rue pour faire courant d'air. Là aussi, un déshumidificateur tournait en permanence... Toutefois, cela sentait un peu moins l'humidité. La porte donne sur le bar-café donc il y a du bruit le soir. C'est également très petit pour 4. Nous avons eu quand même un dédommagement de 40% après quelques discussions... Donc sans climatisation et ventilation forcée pour renouveler l'air, c'est très compliqué de bien dormir surtout en été ! Je ne recommande pas en été. C'est peut-être mieux l'hiver...

Όλα ήταν τέλεια.

Τέλεια τοποθεσία . Πιο κέντρο δεν γίνεται. Τα πάντα ειναι δίπλα. Ένα μικρό πρόβλημα με το πάρκινγκ αλλά λύθηκε εύκολα. Ο οικοδεσπότης σε ότι και αν χρειάστηκαμε απάντησε και έδωσε λύσεις άμεσα.
