Home with gated driveway near River & Downtown

Family friendly with fresh decor, single level 3 bed 1 bath home. Gated Driveway on a flag lot with two homes, sets the stage for a very private but ideally located home. Spacious Living Room with an open Kitchen. Located in Downtown Grants Pass, minutes from I-5, and a short walk down to the Rogue River. Very comfortable & private for the location. Large covered patio with fenced in turf yard, furniture & a grill year round.

Family Friendly - We happily provide kids dishware, a pack-n-play for extra little ones to sleep in, a step stool, and the toilet has a toddler seat built in!

Private Setting - we have 2 homes on this flag lot that sets them back off the road and away from noise & traffic. All fenced in with a private gate & also a separate fenced in turf yard to comfortably enjoy the patio and yard without worry.

We are always updating the home from past guests recommendations & strive to provide the best stay possible!

The Garage is not currently apart of this listing.
We have comfortable parking for 2 standard cars, if you are towing or have more cars than that, message us and we will try to accommodate your needs.
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy on the property & in the home. If home is left with any smell of smoke (including marijuana) you will be charged an additional deep cleaning fee.

The property is a hidden gem tucked in behind other houses with its own gate and secured area. The house itself is well appointed very functional with great amenities. Planning to stay there again.

In-town retreat

While located near a busy intersection, this property felt like an oasis. It is surrounded by trees with a private backyard, and the house itself was welcoming, well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed our 4 day stay, and hope to return the next time we visit Grants Pass.

Perfect Getaway

This was a perfect little home. Close to coffee, restaurants. We stayed to visit with local family. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Completely stocked, many extra touches to make you feel at home. Mints, Coffee, Creamer, Soda the owners go above the norm to be welcoming. Definitely will stay again.

Beautiful Home & Amazing Hosts

We booked this home as it was a perfect fit for our family of 6 coming into town to visit local residents. The listed was extremely accurate and the home is beautiful decorated and the little touches and attention to details was not missed by my family. Beds were comfy and we loved lounging in the main living area. Highly recommended and we will be repeat visitors!

Comfortable and convenient!

Just right for visiting family who live in the area. The patio and backyard were great for playing cornhole, visiting, and grilling. I was impressed that there were provisions for babies and young children such as a pack & play, booster seat, and unbreakable tableware. We didn’t need most of that but did find the tableware very helpful when our 4 year old great grand daughter visited. The bedroom fireplace was a fun surprise! Improvements needed include better mattresses, a toaster, and an electric kettle.
