New house with two bedrooms, two w. ç. complete, living room and fully equipped kitchen, terrace with barbecue, air conditioning in the rooms, cable channels, internet. The living room has a sofa bed where up to two children can sleep.
Parking is private next to the house and the house is approximately 350 meters away. from beach. The location is central and also quiet, as it is located on a cul-de-sac.

Lovely visit

The property was: clean, sunny, comfortable, and exactly as listed. For Americans used to street signs and wider roads, finding the house will be easier if you think of the street as an alley or drive. If uou plan to use the washer, be sure to get directions; we needed a bit of help with the hieroglyphics. Written directions in English world have been a bonus. But, again, we are just not familiar with EU appliances. There is also a wonderful Italian restaurant just a block down from the drive.

We would stay again.

We stayed here for the whole of January and, as we've found in the past, the weather is good, particularly this year with temperatures reaching 20°. This is a modern, spacious duplex property, with off road parking. The property was very clean with plenty of outdoor space including an outside kitchen and barbecue. It could have done with a couple of sun loungers though. Good WiFi with which we accessed uk tv via vpn on our laptop and connected to the tv with our hdmi cable. Alternatively there is a smart box with some English speaking movies/shows. This is probably of no importance in the summer 🌞. Good central and quiet location, with shops and restaurants close by, and within a short distance to the huge beach and a boardwalk all the way to Altura. The Owner/Representative was very accommodating and we would definitely book again.

Der Vermieter hat sich bei der Anreise nur auf Nachfrage und sehr kurz davor gemrldet. Die Person, die uns die Schlüssel übergeben hat, konnte kein Englisch oder Deutsch. Ihre Erklärungen zum Haus waren dürftig. Es gab keinerlei freundliche Gesten. Beim Verlassen gab es keine Reaktion des Vermieters, als wir unsere Abreisezeit mitteilten.Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Es gab Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Handseife und Toilettenpapier, mehr aber auch nicht.

Apesar de toda equipada e bem localizada não fui informado da taxa turística a quando da reserva, só no próprio local no dia da entrada. Não tem hi-fi. Talvez para o ano volte. E o COVID 19 espero que não. Aconselho vivamente.
