The unit itself is a smart home so you will be feeling like you are in a futuristic place while relaxing in your bedroom with the beautiful views of the Taal Volcano. The unit can accommodate 1-4 people. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with great places to unwind after enjoying your tour around Tagaytay and maybe a day tour in Batangas. You will find all the conveniences close by including major attractions like SKYRANCH. All of these are within minutes from the home.

CHECK IN/OUT PROCESS:
Please DOWNLOAD the App which will be sent to your phone via SMS as this will serve as your key during the duration of your stay. Upon arrival in the area, you will need to leave your id with the front desk. After that, just proceed to your room on the 16th floor. Use the APP to open the door. An email will be sent to you for the details upon successful booking. You can check in anytime after 3pm and checkout anytime before 11am. Detailed information will be sent to you after you complete a resrvation with us.

Swimming pool: PHP 150/- per person; in excess of 3 guests PHP 200/-; PHP300 for holidays - Please inform us in advance if you want to swim on holidays as the admin might be closed
Courts: Basketball, Badmiton, Tennis:- PHP 150/- per person

Applicable Parking Fees in the following Location:
Club House - PHP 150/- Multiple Entry for 24 hours
Tower 5 Front Parking (Commercial Area) - PHP 20/- per hour

*** Golf car is now available to pick up the guest and bring to the parking
*** Free short-term parking in front of Tower 5 (Commercial Area), within 3 hours with validation from any store or restaurant within the complex.
*** You can attend a Sunday Mass at the Club House Function Hall

PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING/DETAILS FIRST BEFORE MESSAGING! PLEASE READ/COMPLY TO ALL OF OUR RULES & GUIDELINES:

*NO parties or loud noise after 10pm, this is a residential neighborhood
*NO pets of any kinds(message us first)
*NO excessive guests other than stated in the reservation
*NO smoking inside or around our unit

These are the main 4 rules. Violation in any of these rules will result in termination of your reservation and charged for the security deposit. There are more house guidelines to be considered as well

- Any damage or lost items will be charged by the signed guest.
- Please take care of your personal belongings. Unit owners will not be liable/responsible for any lost guest items.
- Penalty of PHP 500.00 for stained fabrics or furniture will be imposed.
- Kindly ensure that upon check out that the unit is in the same condition when rented out.
- Do not keep any garbage inside the unit. There is a designated garbage room near the elevator where you can throw it.
- Ensure to turn off the lights/electrical items when not in use. Kindly conserve water for the sustainability of our mother earth.
