Bjelasnica

Nestled in the foothills of the majestic Bjelašnica, in the peaceful mountain village of Šabanci, lies a beautiful modern A-frame house that blends contemporary architecture with unspoiled nature. This is a place where the silence of the mountains blends with the scent of the forest, where mornings awaken to a view of sun-drenched peaks, and evenings bring peace and warmth beneath a starry sky.

The house is built in the distinctive A-frame style, with a steep roof that slopes almost to the ground, creating a unique silhouette that blends perfectly into the mountain setting. Large glass surfaces allow an abundance of natural light throughout the day, while the interior offers a sense of spaciousness, warmth, and comfort. The combination of wood, modern materials, and carefully selected details creates an atmosphere that is both luxurious and homely.

The ground floor is designed as an open space that combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The upstairs gallery offers a special room for relaxation, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature from both bedrooms.

What makes this house special is its location. Just 7 kilometres—or about a 10-minute drive—separates you from the well-known Bjelašnica ski resort, making it ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. During the winter season, you’ll enjoy world-class slopes and fresh mountain air, while in the summer this area becomes an oasis for hiking, biking, and escaping the city heat.

There are numerous hotels and restaurants in the immediate vicinity offering traditional specialities and local cuisine, providing the perfect blend of privacy and access to all amenities. Although you’re surrounded by nature and tranquility, everything you need is right at your fingertips.

This modern A-frame house isn’t just a property—it’s an experience. It’s perfect as a family retreat year-round. Its unique design, natural surroundings, and proximity to the ski resort make it a rare opportunity on the market.
