About this property
Gîte 14 people - 5 bedrooms - 5 bathrooms - Large spaces
- Our gîte Le Tilleul can accommodate up to 14 people. It has 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The reading room on the first floor, next to a bathroom, can be converted into a 6th bedroom (sofa bed).
The house is part of a large farmhouse and has plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors: a private garden in front of the cottage, a barn to play badminton or table tennis and a tennis court. A fitness and yoga room is also available to our guests.
The gîte is ideally located, halfway between Reims and Epernay, in the heart of the UNESCO Champagne region. It is the perfect place for a quiet get-together with family or friends. The house is cozy and fully equipped.
Please note that we do not rent for parties or noisy evenings.
