We had a wonderful one week stay at Lakay Mwen. Kisha, the owner, was amazing from start to finish. She was warm, friendly and incredibly flexible, even rearranging contractors so we could have a late checkout. Her recommendations on restaurants, activities and a fantastic local contact made our time in Soufrière even more memorable.A huge shout out to Leticia, who was wonderful. She was always available on WhatsApp and told us to reach out anytime if we needed help, even if we could not find a restaurant! She was incredibly helpful, did a mid week cleaning, and was especially sweet with our kids.The house itself is beautiful, with an authentic St. Lucian feel, and is exceptionally well equipped for self catering. Strong AC throughout, including the living areas, is a huge plus and not something you can take for granted in St. Lucia. There are also window screens if you prefer fresh air. We loved the thoughtful touches including kids' books, streaming services, toiletries, loads of towels for showers, beach and mud baths, filtered water, and a washing machine with a 20 minute express cycle.We felt very secure with electronic locks and security cameras. The location is excellent with a rental car, close to Massey's and within 5 to 15 minutes of many attractions. We also loved relaxing on the balcony with a view of the top of Petit Piton.Fantastic value for the price. We would absolutely stay here again!Thanks again Kisha and Leticia!
