Useful stop over hotel, with automatic facilities. Fortunately we found a member of staff who could book us in. However, I do not think it was her main job. There was a choice of restaurantes in the area. We chose the fish restaurant which tuned out to be brilliant, although very busy.

Bed and linen very comfortable, the room was very clean although quite small, had to duck to go round the bed so as not to bang your head on the television! The bathroom was clean but a little tired looking, grouting discoloured. Overall though very comfortable and clea.

Ma famille a été sortie de l'hôtel a 11h20 alors que le check out était à 12h. De plus ils n'ont pas eu l'amabilité de les laisser dans la salle d'attente on les a mis carrément d'hors avec une température de 5 °C

Client régulier des hôtels B&B, j’ai été très déçu de mon dernier séjour. À mon arrivée, on m’a signalé que ma réservation effectuée via Hotels.com mentionnait deux personnes au lieu d’une, une erreur que je n’avais pas remarquée. Plutôt que de chercher une solution, la réception m’a imposé de payer deux petits-déjeuners et deux taxes de séjour, alors que j’étais seul. Aucune écoute, aucune flexibilité, aucun geste commercial ni de la part de la reception ni par le service clients B&B. Hotels.com a remboursé les petits dejeuners et je les remercie, mais l’hôtel est resté sur une position totalement fermée. C’est regrettable pour une enseigne que j’appréciais jusqu’ici : un minimum de considération client aurait suffi à éviter cet avis négatif.

Mauvais positionnement de la machine à code

L'appareil qui permet d'obtenir les codes lorsque la réception est fermée est très mal placé d'un point de vue hauteur. En effet il faut se courber lorsque l'on utilise le clavier pour voir ce que l'on tape. Semble plus adapté à une personne de petite taille comme moins de 1,60 M.

Pas de personnel quand on arrive à 21h30. Une demi-heure pour enfin arriver dans ma chambre. L'écran buggait et nous étions plusieurs familles bloquées. L'assistance etait longue à répondre, mais très aimable. Je ne reviendrai plus chez vous, je retournerai chez ibis. Pour le même prix, ils embauchent du personnel de nuit.

Très bon pour court séjour

Le rapport qualité/ prix est très correct. Les chambres sont petites mais suffisantes ainsi que la salle de bains. Tout est propre. Le personnel d'accueil est très bien mais les horaires de l'accueil ne correspondent absolument pas a ceux qui sont avive sur le site hôtel.com.
