Detached house on two levels. Ground floor: entrance, living room - kitchen opening onto a large terrace, laundry room - WC, 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with shower room (shower and WC) including 1 mountain corner in a row (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm and 2 bunk beds 140x190 cm in a row). All included: sheets, towels and cleaning. Beds made on arrival. Ski locker. Private parking spaces in front of the cottage. Located on the heights of Bourg-Saint-Maurice, in the hamlet of La Rosière, this warm and cozy apartment offers beautiful light thanks to its many bay windows. Large south-facing terrace with a breathtaking view of Les Arcs and the peaks of the Tarentaise. Outdoor wellness area with private jacuzzi available. Very comfortable apartment located 2 km from the center of Bourg-Saint-Maurice. Bourg-Saint-Maurice - Les Arcs funicular 2 km away to access the resort of Les Arcs. Many other resorts nearby: La Rosière - Espace San Bernardo (20 km), Tignes (20 km), Val d'Isère (32 km), Peisey (15 km). Rosuel Nordic area 20 km away.
