Great location

Small studio apartment in a large block, in Arcs 1800. The location is fantastic, ski in/out. A linen rental service, bakery and large spa, as well as lots of restaurants are just outside the door. The slopes are just behind the block, and Folie is 2mins and an easy ski away. It's not easy to see what the apartment is like in the pics. It's a small open plan studio, with a bathroom and kitchenette (well stocked with equipment/fondue/knives etc). Within the open area there is a fold down bunk bed set, and then a couch which converts to a double bed. The beds aren't particularly comfy and there isn't much privacy between the kitchen/living/bunk beds, but it was quiet, functional and convenient for the price. You have to rent laundry, and fully clean the apartment on departure. The bus stop is very nearby, and connects to the funiculaire. Overall a convenient budget stay, with great access to the slopes.

A lovely, clearly much loved, apartment with breathtaking views across the slopes to the mountains beyond. Easy 5 minute walk to the lifts. Shops etc. right outside. Excellent communication from host throughout.

Petit studio dans un très grand domaine. J'ai pu profiter des installations au top des Arcs 1800. Le beau temps m'a permis de profiter des terrasses. A privilégier pour les amoureux de la glisse et non à ceux qui recherchent de l'authenticité.

Dommage pour le menage

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement il y a 2 ans et a l'époque nous avions passé un agréable séjour, ce qui n'est pas le cas cette fois ci. La moquette déjà vieillissante il y a 2 ans et vraiment à changer. Le rideau ne s'ouvre plus en entier ce qui ne permets pas de profiter de la vue pleinement. La propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous. Nappe et porte du frigo avec des coulures. L'espace pour les appareils électroménagers sales (reste de café et miettes). Les WC avec des traces de selles. Le couchage des enfants est correct pour des petits poids mais le canapé convertible pour les adultes est à changer. La vue et l'emplacement reste par contre toujours exceptionnels.

Appartement très bien situé avec terrasse qui donne vue sur les pistes. L'appartement est très cosy, silencieux et très bien aménagé et équipé. Tout pour passer un excellent séjour aux Arcs. Le propriétaire de l'appartement est très sympathique et très réactif! C'était notre premier séjour à la neige avec nos enfants de 8 et 3 ans et nous ne pouvions rêver mieux. Je vous recommande ce logement à 200%. Nous reviendrons !

Appartement de charme au cœur du village du Charvet

L'appartement est cosy, aménagé avec goût, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La vue est superbe, et donne à la fois sur les pistes mais aussi sur la vallée. Bien que Les Belles Challes soient une grande résidence, l'appartement est très silencieux, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par les bruits des couloirs ou des voisins. On y part et arrive skis au pieds (Vagère à proximité). Un casier à ski sécurisé permet de ranger les skis en dehors de l'appartement. A proximité immédiate du parking, il est très facile de décharger & charger les valises. Au cœur du village du Charvet, il est proche de toutes les commodités : restaurants, supermarchés, forfaits, loueurs de skis, etc. Un grand merci à Emmanuel pour sa gentillesse et sa compréhension, nous reviendrons !

Appartement très bien situé au 12ème étage vue vers le sud ouest, à proximité immédiate de l’arrêt de la navette, de la Poste et des commerces. Décoration agréable et très bien équipé avec de la vaisselle et des casseroles de qualité. Rien ne manque. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et recommandons l'appartement. Le propriétaire est également disponible facilement. Le seul bémol : il ne manque qu'un emplacement de parking (qui n’était pas indiqué dans l'annonce) et du wifi (ce qui n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce) On garde l'adresse pour y revenir si besoin.
