Superb Arc 1950 apartment for 4/6 people in a 5* ski in/ski out residence
At the heart of the village Arc 1950, we offer a warm mountain apartment facing south-east overlooking the Aiguille Rouge, in a residence with 5 * hotel services.
2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath and toilet, kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, gille pain ..), a double bed, 2 single beds, sofa bed, bright living room with TV, 1 separate toilet, terrace , departure / return on skis.
Services (depending on opening of the resort): 24/7 reception, covered pay parking, ski locker, jacuzzi / steam room / sauna, indoor / outdoor pool, gym, ...
Housing
The apartment of 54 m2 is located in the residence Les Sources de Marie.
It is composed of 2 bathrooms, one with bath, a fully equipped American kitchen overlooking the living room (with a sofa bed), a terrace, two bedrooms with 4 beds.
Beds are made upon arrival and end of stay cleaning is included in the rental (excluding kitchen).
Access of travelers
Access to all housing, ski locker (heated on the ground floor) and the wellness area of the residence (indoor / outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, outdoor jacuzzi - free access to days and times opening hours), the gym (with cardio equipment), two laundries (washing machine and dryer free access), luggage storage (ideal for arrivals before 17h or departures after 10am), showers and toilets
Other remarks
In summer, the resort is open in July and August. Do not hesitate to consult the calendar of the current year.

The apartment is classified in furnished tourism:
- Until 31 December 2018, the tourist tax is 1.20 € per adult per night.
- From January 1st, 2019, the tourist tax will be € 1.60 per adult per night.

The neighborhood
The village is in the heart of one of the most beautiful ski areas in Europe, Paradisky (Les Arcs / Pesey-Vallandry with access to La Plagne by the Vanoise Express cable car) with 425 km of slopes, 261 pistes, 128 lifts, 70% of slopes above 2000m (37 black, 77 red, 135 blue, 12 green), 2 equipped glaciers, 2 snowparks, 3 boardercross, 2 boardergliss, 1 half pipe, 4 toboggan runs, 1 waterslide, 2 airbags ... and more than 700 km of hiking routes in summer!
Arc 1950 The Village is entirely pedestrian, labeled "green key". Secure covered parking is located at the entrance of the village (fee) with direct access to the residence by elevator. The village has many restaurants and bars, a bakery (at the foot of the residence), a supermarket (opposite), vending machine, equipment rental shops, ski schools, daycare and a relaxation area, Deep Nature Spa.
Connected to Arc 2000 via the Le Cabriolet gondola, you can also find shops and restaurants 15 minutes from your apartment.

By train: Arrival at Bourg Saint-Maurice then the funicular railway station at Bourg St-Maurice Les Arcs 1600 (shuttle every 7 minutes) then free shuttle to the village.
By car: A43 to Albertville, the 2x2 lanes to Moûtiers, then the N90 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, and finally the D119 to destination. Paid covered parking.
By plane: The nearest airports are Geneva, Lyon, Chambéry and Grenoble. Then it takes 2 hours to 3 hours of travel depending on the airport to reach the station
