"My family and our friends (4 Adults, 4 children (age 9 -13) had a lovely stay at this apartment over the New Year 2024. It's located just by the the base of the Transarc lift in Les Arc 1800 so great for accessing the slopes. You can ski right back to the door so perfect door-to-door skiing. Like many similar ski in, ski out apartments, it's 'large enough' but one couldn't really describe it as large. It was clean on our arrival. We opted to take our own linen and towels as we were checking...

"Lovely apartment. Spa/pool etc. really good too. Right next to Super U, Intermarche and Boulangerie so very easy to cater. Good lockers/boot room. Shuttle bus to the Funicular stops right outside every 30 minutes. Reception very helpful. Wi-fi very weak - could be better and TV’s upgraded to Smart would be a bonus to access Netflix etc. for nights in. Would definitely recommend and saved a lot of ££ compared to staying in Les Arcs."

The lounge was very spacious and the balcony is sunny in the afternoon as we sat and had a beer whilst watching the skiers return. We loved the décor too! "We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 3 of us. The apartment was spacious and nice view on the mountain. We had 2 bathroom which was great but unfortunately 1 of the heater was not functioning for half our stay so it was really cold to take a bath and we had to complain several times before they replaced the towels heater. They obviously knew the issue as they already ordered a new one. They never offered any compensation or to move us in another apartment. The ski room was super smelly and congested especially in the morning. That it was at the point I was feeling nauseous. Another downside was the spa area, way too small for the amount of guests. Only one small Hot tub always full. The sauna was super crowded that it made it impossible to use and same with the steam room that wasn't even hot enough and the eucalyptus was so strong it would make your eyes watering. So we only went once as it was not enjoyable. At Les Arcs 1800 there is almost nothing beside the residence and the hotel. Just 1 small Spar. For shopping, bars, restaurants you have to take the Dahu Lift that connect to Les Arcs 1600. We also drove to Les Arcs 1950 (about 20 min drive but totally worth it. Les Arcs 1950 is such a nice resort. Overall experience was okay but we won’t probably go back to this place."

Great stay

"Apartment is in an excellent location for access to slopes, shops and restaurants/cafes in 1800.Lounge might be a bit small for 8 people (our party much smaller so not an issue). Otherwise apartment is very comfortable. Alpissime (agent in resort) were very helpful.For first time visitors to Les Arcs, if driving, access to village/car parking is a bit confusing and information was hard to get on line. More information in advance would be helpful."

"Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed. Bins, linen and towels changed on multiple occasions. On arrival, the bed and carpet could have been a bit cleaner which let it down slightly. Floors a bit thin but despite being right next to the main door it wasn’t too loud and slept well. Shop nearby good pricing given location. Underground parking very convenient though tight if you have a big car. "
