"This place is horrendous and Hotels.com should de-list it immediately. They tried to put us in an ancient Caravan that looked like it hadn't been used for years. Seriously I would be reluctant to put our dog in it. The Fridge was being cleaned (outside the Caravan) when we arrived but we couldnt quite see anything due to the flies swarming around it. The bedding also looked dirty and grubby. We had no choice but to immediately get back in the car and find somewhere else. I asked for my money...

"Nous avons réservé ce studio pour 4 nuit, sauf que nous n'avons pas eu la chance d'y être logé... nous avons eu un mobile-home défraîchi, sans eau chaude, puisque le chauffe eau ne fonctionnai pas, du coup nous avons demandé l'intervention du propriétaire qui est venu voire et n'est jamais revenu pour le réparer. "Nous sommes venues à 9 pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille. Nous avons passé un agréable week-end entre filles. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin pour faire de jolie photo inoubliable. "Merci Marie et Alban, nous avons passé un bon week-end entre amis. Belle propriété décorée avec goût, beaucoup d'espaces à l'intérieur que ce soit dans le salon, la salle à manger ou les chambres. L'extérieur est très agréable également, même si la structure de jeux et la cabane pour enfant mériteraient un peu de rénovation. "

"Personnel gentil, on nous a surclassé dans un chalet car problème technique dans la chambre réservée, on est arrivé tardivement et l'arrivée s'est bien passée de façon autonome suite à l'sms reçu, le chalet est spacieux et dispose d'une cuisine, mais quelques points négatifs : pas de lit bébé alors que confirmé par téléphone la veille, aucune serviette de bains alors que la chambre réservée est censée en contenir, les lits ne sont pas confortables , pas de produit de lave vaiselle (boîte vide)...

"It is a really nice place to stay, we loved the atmosphere and the trust the owners gave with their hospitality made us feel right at home ☺️ Our little one (2 years old) enjoyed feeding the neighbors chickens every evening and all the toys that were available! In the morning we would explore the area around Chacrise (such as Donjon de Septmonts and the Chemin des Dames route with the Caverne du Dragon or visit some of the Champagne houses near Reims) and in the afternoon were able to relax...

"This property is wonderful. It is light, spacious and very well-equipped. The house and extensive grounds are perfect for a large group to holiday together. The facilities are good for groups all ages. The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure guests' are comfortable. Communications were prompt and easy.
