The best time to visit Bounrar is during the spring (April to May) and autumn (September to October) months when the weather is most agreeable.

During spring, the landscape is lush and green from the winter rains, and the temperatures are comfortably warm, typically ranging from 20-28°C. This period is ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking in the nearby Atlas Mountains or exploring the local argan tree groves. The pleasant climate makes it great for couples looking for scenic walks and comfortable exploration without the intense summer heat.

Autumn also offers excellent weather, with temperatures similar to spring, usually between 22-30°C. The summer crowds have dispersed, making it a more peaceful time to visit. This season is particularly good for those interested in experiencing local culture and markets, as the cooler temperatures make wandering through the souks and villages much more enjoyable. It's a great time for solo travellers or couples who appreciate a relaxed pace and a chance to connect with the local way of life.
