"The hotel is very scruffy, in a very run down part of town, the shower in our room was falling to pieces, light fitting over sink was broken with exposed wires, bed saggy, window blind not working, waiter in restaurant very unhelpful, when we asked for a table in an empty room said he did not know if there was one available, so we walked out. "
