Last but not least, breakfast is included with all rooms and it is a very good breakfast where they don’t skimp out on the croissants, baguettes, fruit and cereals. "Quaint hotel! Very clean and well maintained. Great location for walking the city, with many restaurants easily within walking distance. The included breakfast was an added bonus. Definitely recommend!"

"This is bizarre… The apartments are for .old people’! It’s an old folks home…!! It’s a home for the aged…!!! It’s a retirement home!!!! Even more bizarre…The name of the building on the booking site has nothing to do with the name of the building in Orleans… Please see photo I was looking for quite a while for the building… before I notice the number… and enquired within… The accommodation was fine… but … this is bizarre The area is starting to be a bit run down… … and was a bit worried...

"Yannick offered us a spectacular residence in close proximity to numerous vineyards, chateaux's and towns in the Loire region. The residence was clean, well equipped and spacious. It is in a very quiet area. I highly recommend Yannick and his services."

"Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good, easy to park, WIFI worked, it was quiet and there was a lovely restaurant opposite which was convenient for dinner. We were in room 7: Toilet didn’t flush, air conditioning didn’t work, the floor was marked and needed a proper clean (not just a mop), there were no curtains so it got light early as there were roller shutters that didn’t block the light, I had to ask for towels as we hadn’t been provided any, no door to the bathroom-a shower curtain had been nailed to the door frame, litter all the over the parking area and in the shrubs. The whole place needs some maintenance and love!"

"Stayed here before a few years ago, building is clean and tidy outside and inside. Room was clean and freshly cleaned. The bed was imaculate, which is most important. The bathroom was clean but the shower could do with a refurbishment or deep clean as a bit shabby around the edges. Nearby are many places to eat, all within easy walking distance and one right next door. I will use them again wgen on holiday in the region as good value👍"

"We booked another hotel to stay in that advertised A/C. They of course did not have it. We found two rooms in this establishment which fit the bill.
