Certainly not what you would expect on a 4* property and not at 115 euros. Bartender was sitting at a table talking, when asked for service he said he would be along but continued to leave us waiting. The restaurant had a limited menu also so after the fiasco with drinks we walked into town-lots of choice of restaurants and bars. The state of the carpet in the room creeped me out. Will definitely not be back. Stayed at many mercure hotels as we travel through France & Spain 4 times a year. This one really lets the group down "

"Room had wall mounted tv removed from fixed wall frame with temporary cables running to a tv sat on the dressing table which also obscured the mirror. Bathroom sliding door was broken. Crisps/chips were left on the floor under the edge of the bed from previous guest. Complained to reception who initially said there was nothing wrong and why were we complaining as the room had a tv. We asked for another room and were told it was not possible as the hotel was full when in fact it was actually only about 50% occupied.Booked this hotel as result of it being called “fabulous” on hotels.com web site.
