"I have to say this is one of my fav hotels, perfect location on collins ave, just off ocean drive n not far from the beach, lovely staff and just a wonderful place"

"Was heavily dissatisfied as this was my first time coming to your hotel with high expectations I found that the main pool was under construction which was not listed anywhere on Expedia. Also, I have 15 pigeons surrounding my 1 year old daughter trying to take her food everyday we were out by the small pool areas. I would like to continue business with you and if there’s anything you can do it would be appreciated to make this not feel like such a disappointment. "

"The king size room/suite was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The shower was both nice and large. The hotel staff were excellent, friendly, and very service minded. We had zero poor service experiences in our five day stay. We ate and drank at all the restaurants on site, and enjoyed them. They have a cool spot to hang out outside, with some games, and really great beach access also. The hotel is on the smaller side, smaller footprint, less crowds, was perfect for us. The pool was large, 6’9” at deepest. We visited in September, off season. "
"Our room was fabulous and the hotel location was ideal for the beach and the strip on South Beach. The staff were really helpful and happy to talk. The hotel itself was immaculate and the pool was perfect. Lots to do if you had more time. Parking was a little expensive, especially if you didn’t need your car between arrival and departure but it was valet. Would stay again."
