Only the ground floor is occupied; the upper floor is closed and used as a storage room. The ground floor is distributed into a spacious living-dining room with a three-seater sofa and a two-seater sofa, a fireplace, a TV set and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The two bedrooms have a 150 cm wide double bed and a wardrobe. The en suite bathroom has a shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom has a bath, washbasin and toilet. There is also a small storage room. In addition to the fireplace, all rooms have central heating and radiators. Thanks to the wide walls and the high vaulted ceilings, air conditioning is not necessary, and the fans are sufficient for the high temperatures.

    There are shops about 200 metres away and restaurants four kilometres away. There is a fishing spot about 3 km away and the nearest bathing area about 4 km. A tennis court and the nearest golf course are about 32 km away. The airport is about 150 km away.
