The location was perfect. The staff and lobby were nice. The location of our room was not great. We had a view of a parking lot with construction going. It was loud. If we were staying longer we would of requested a room change.

An excellent hotel. Good North End location , close to mass transit and historic sites. My only criticism s were a early morning false fire alarm and an elevator failure another day (I was not inside). Despite these I would stay here again.

Room - the closet door opens up and closes off making the dressing/bathroom private so as not to distrub someone still sleeping. Room safe was inconvenient on top shelf in closet (difficult to get items in and out). Amazing evening Hot Chocolate in lobby.
