Nice amenities and location is excellent. Person I had at check in was somewhat offish (but I recognize everyone has their moments and something else could have been at play). That aside, couldn’t beat the price for a last minute, February vacation trip.

Great place in Seaport district. Pool, sauna and gym are opened until 11PM and you can enjoy a USD $25 discount once per day at the restaurant, the bar or the Starbucks.
Very good hotel. Great cleaniless. Safe area around. Very close to the airport.

Impossible to reach front desk day before by phone. A horrible phone tree experience. Front desk check in not friendly. Ice machine on floor 15 out of service. Lack of attention to detail in many areas. Room was nice enough and bed was comfortable.

I would have given the staff a better review but i put my name in for breakfast and we waiting like 40 min and a family of 4 was taken before my party of 3 and we continued to wait another 15 min before we called it and left the hotel, i value my time and i wish i could get that 55 min back

Hotel staff is very friendly, check in/check out was easy and quick. The computer chair in the room was extremely dirty and stained, it was very gross.
The entire staff is attentive and friendly. Comfortable, clean rooms, excellent gym and lap pool, coffee and restaurant was really good, too., Great location to walk around the seaport area.

Its a very nice hotel, the restaurant was open & serving food late, and the room was very comfortable, especially for the great rate I got.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient with many restaurants and attraction near by. Facility is very well maintained. Food is good in the breakfast restaurant. Overall it was an excellent experience.
