I liked that it was right next to the airport and the shuttle service to the terminals was very convenient. Definitely worth staying at if you have an early morning flight
Great stay at this Hotel. So convenient for the airport - easily walkable. Lovely comfortable, clean and quiet room. Lovely domestic staff. Fantastic pool area. Cafe Presto and in room dining not great.
The property was very nice; the only issue is that it is located in an inconvenient location. There isnt much of a way to get out into Boston without spending a fortune on transportaion for those not driving.

Nice and close to airport, parking on property , great deal
Staying at the Hilton at Logan airport is money well spent every time. For an early morning flight, it takes the stress of Boston traffic out of the equation.
The restaurant is decent and very convenient.
I will say that I’ve had a little issue leaving the Hilton parking garage. I haven’t been able to prepay at the kiosks in the garage. The card reader at the gate is awkward if accessed from a taller vehicle or truck.
I had an emergency and canceled late. I was told that I will be charged the full $290.00. I understand that I was outside the free cancellation window, but I was hoping an exception could be made and that the late cancellation fee would not be so exorbitant.

The phone in my room did not work so I was unable to order room service
Extremely convenient hotel access to most Logan terminals—either their frequent shuttles, or just walk from Hilton over to central parking garages then to your terminal gate. In house restaurant serves Boston themed food that is generally better pub food than you would expect from a chain hotel kitchen! Extremely quiet esp. higher floors—even though right in middle of airport.
Put us in a handicap room, air filter needs to be cleaned. I complained to the front desk, response was I booked through a third party. I also shared I am a Hilton Member, which the front desk check in was fully aware.
