the staff were very sweet! however, when we arrived for our stay, a man was getting escorted out of the building for urinating on the floor of the hotel. while the situation was a little funny, it rubbed me the wrong way. but besides that, everything was good!

Not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel looks worn out, the carpets were dirty, the staff seemed tired, the shuttle to the airport didn’t start early enough to allow for a stress free morning and the hotel didn’t even have coffee in the reception.
It’s an airport hotel and they don’t seem to sufficiently cater for travelers with aircraft schedules!

Shuttle didn't pick us up waited 20 min 34 degree weather. Had take a taxi $36.50 to hotel, hotel closed dining rm early so we didn't eat, told heat is room takes a bit to kick on never did room was 63 degrees all night didn't sleep well due to the cold. Reception couldn't move us to another room with a working heater. Next morning shuttle driver never returned to hotel to pic us up told he was lost. Hotel finally called us a lyft to get to the cruise ship. very frustrating.

I'm sorry for your experience at our hotel. The shuttle times can vary based on traffic and the shuttle's location; this can take up to an hour. However, we are glad you were able to get a Lyft.

Waited for shuttle way too long after long flight delays. The bathroom was flooded, water had soaked the rug. They did move me to another room. But again it was another delay for me after a very long day.

We had a great stay at the doubletree, our stay was smooth, easy and was a really great location for walking into south Boston. There was a limited number of amentities in the area however marketplace and options within the hotel were good.

Room and facilities were super clean. It does not have free parking and it has a few spots in fromt of hotel, or a big parking lot that you shouls walk 100/200 meters, both are paid.
The complaint I have is that this property charge $22 a day for parking. This is way too expensive for the guests of the hotel. Also, there is no restaurant in this hotel and since there is nothing around close by you really don't have a choice but buy the food in the hotel like fast food place.

The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming! The check-in process was a breeze, and my room was spotless. Plus, it only took a few minutes to drive to downtown Boston. I'm really happy with my stay so far!

The room I had was nice and clean. The area is safe although there’s nothing around except a couple of grocery stores. it’s only a 5min walk away from the subway to the city, that takes about 15mins.
I was missing a mini fridge from the room that usually most hotels provide, and there’s usually a couple of bottles of water waiting for you, which again was missing.
I also find it very weird when a hotel asks for a deposit which with them is $75/night.
Would I stay again? Hmm sure. 4/5

I have stayed there on multiple occasions and I’ve always left good reviews. This time around it was a very disappointing experience. The room was not clean, it seems like they just made the bed and walked away from it. I found an empty bottle of mouthwash inside of one of the bathroom’s drawers, hairs all over and it was dusty. I opened the fridge and found food leftover by others. I was given the parking for free as a recompense for the experience, but it doesn’t mean that I will not voice my opinion. I just hope it doesn’t happen again because the place has potential.

Room was great. Staff was great. Cookies were delicious. Pricing for parking is to high ($22 day), little cafe in hotel is way overpriced for food not that good. Breakfast buffet is overpriced too ($22) for a step above a continental breakfast that is included with a room stay at most hotels. Easy access to downtown via bike rental and train-station just a quarter mile walk away. Great little beach for walks and beautiful open park just half mile walk away.
The TV remote was IMPOSSIBLE piece of crap...
ONLY hotel in LAST 5 yrs of biz travel that CHARGED $22 for skinniest buffet breakfast I've seen in LAST 10YRS
Hilton S/B EMBARASSED!!! Not staying at a Hilton or Doubletree ever again if I can avoid it!!
Quiet area. Close to the station which was very convenient. Customer service was very pleasant with us. Definitely coming back.

Clean and comfortable sleep. Housekeeping staff were very friendly, moreso than the front desk staff. I will consider staying at a hotel in the city and pay higher parking fees. Accommodations such as office work stations, complimentary coffee station, and desirable location will be included in my next visit to Boston.
