Can only say wonderful things about this fabulous hotel! The Blind Duck speakeasy is not to be missed, the rooms are thoughtful and stylish, bathrooms equipped with Guerlain products, and the best thing of all has to be the exceptional staff! The staff can’t do enough for you and all have super personalities! Great location too! Will return, and will recommend ❤️

It took over 10 minutes to check in because two credit card machines in a row didn’t work. My room was not cleaned while I was out from 9a to 3:30p so I came back to a dirty room. Note- I did not have my do not disturb light on. Then when they agreed to come clean it at 4:30, they showed up at 4:05 when I was still in the room trying to rest. Finally, the pool was very substandard for a 5 start hotel/ it was more like a 2-star residence inn. The whole area wreaked of chlorine and it didn’t have any of the ambiance or sleek look one would expect at a top and expensive property. Any new pool should have saline as part of it which eliminates the chlorine smell and should have more money put into the building of the pool and hot tub itself. Very disappointing as a pool for my kids to use was a big reason I chose the hotel. Finally one of the lights in my room kept flickering when it was on. The staff were friendly if over-solicitous. This was a really disappointing stay.

This was an awesome experience! The welcome/checkin process was smooth and filled with warm drinks and smiles. The butler service that Michael provided was above and beyond and made me feel like a queen. The decor is gorgeous and the Blind Duck was a gem. There are only a few things that detracted from my experience. One, there was a cup in the bar in my room that had white powder caked to the bottom. Not a problem as there was more than enough cups/glasses that were clean (as was everything else!). Second, I was awaken at 5:30ish in the morning by a fire alarm and walked down 12 flights of stairs to find out this was a false alarm. Don’t get me wrong, I’d rather not die in a fire, but since this was my only night and I had a late check in I felt like I was unable to take advantage of the hotel’s amenities and was unable to sleep in as I would have hoped/liked to. Again, I understand that safety comes first, but did feel like my stay was tainted by the early morning freak out and trudge down 12 flights of stairs, due to a false alarm. Overall, I would love to stay here again and despite the hefty price I enjoyed the hotel.
