"We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time."

"It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money."

It’s as if a room from a very high end, boutique city hotel has been plucked out of a building and carefully placed down in beautiful, peaceful countryside. "We have been here a couple of times olredy, and enjoyed the facilities at the flat , To not go wrong we always bring same of our same of our plates cutlery and a large frying pan , so not to rely of the one on the premises as nothings wrong with it, but we prefer ours. Otherwise the flat is presented clean and with heating ( for those winter days) and nice confortable beds . By the way This 2 bedrooms flat is quite big We be back for sure ."

"This is a budget hotel. My room was only £35 so my expectations were not very high and I was prepared to put up with whatever. But in many ways I was pleasantly surprised. They had a secure place to keep my bicycle overnight which is very important to me. The room was clean and prepared with fresh towels etc. The only two reasons I didn't give 5 stars is that there was no hot water. As the reception was only staffed for a few hours I found out too late to ask anyone for help. My second point is that a five a clock check in time is really a bit late. But then I knew that when I booked."
