Check-in took less than 1 minute. Hotel was Excellent. Right on the harbor. All the staff were great. Awesome breakfast. Room was large, comfortable, well appointed and with a great view. The entire hotel and the experience was first class. I know where I’ll stay when I go to Boston the next time!

For a Hyatt Regency property, this hotel was underwhelming and in need of serious refreshing. As one example, the elevator interior panels are scratched and scuffed, have tape marks for postings, etc. Separately, the $49 nightly parking is excessive for outdoor, uncovered parking at a site near the airport.

The hotel is on the side of the harbor by the airport (you can walk to it from the airport) to get downtown you need to grab a water taxi - they are easy to get $15 per person. Beautiful views of the harbor, restaurant was great, but the only choice on this side of the harbor. Would recommend!

We stay every year before we fly out. It's pricey but conveniently located so worth it for early morning flights. Food was what you'd expect, typical Hyatt fair. And nice to take the boat over to downtown. We will be back again.
