"Property is a new build, very clean and very well appointed. Grill, fire pits, hot tub… we spent much of our time on the current river or at Montauk but had it been a rainy day it would’ve been easy to just hang out at the property. It has the feeling of being out in the middle of nowhere similar to cabins we have had in Colorado yet it is just off the blacktop, less than 10 minutes to Montauk and only about 20 back to Salem if you need to run to Walmart. Perfect location in our opinion."

"Great place to stay! Host was very good at communicating and the house was perfect for hanging out and relaxing after floating the Current River. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and the beautiful view. This was the second time we have stayed here and no doubt we will be back!"

"We enjoyed it thoroughly. Only suggestions would be to add grab bars in the shower and beside the full bath commode and remove rough concrete beside the drive/patio area. Our group was all older ladies and had to be very careful to avoid falling.Also, one of the ladies fell on the ramp from the laundry room up to the kitchen. We all agreed it would have been easier to have just had a simple step up instead of the ramp.But we will definitely recommend this home to others and would return again if a home in Salem is needed."
