Bonne solution pratique et économique

Très bien situé dans la partie calme. Chambre très bien pour le prix. A 2 pas de la plage et des restaurants. Grand parking.

작년에 이어 올해도 대천으로 여름휴가 갔는데 숙소는 대천323콘도로 했어요. 아이들이랑 해변가기에 좋은 위치고 주차장도 넓어 주차도 편하고 무엇보다 객실이 아주 넓어요. 전자렌지, 전기포트도 있어서 편하게 지냈습니다.

바닷가에 묵었으나 객실에서는 바다를 볼 수 없는….

예약 사이트에는 객실이 오션뷰인지 상가쪽 뷰인지, 선택 할 수 있는 정보가 없었는데, 도착해서 오션뷰는 요금을 추가해야 한다는 안내를 받게되어 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 미리 선택사항에 넣으셔야 할 것 같습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 일반 원룸형태라 특히 불편한 점은 없었으나, 창이 작고 베란다가 없어서 오션뷰라 하더라도 객실에서 보는 뷰는 기대하지 않는 것이 좋을 듯 합니다. 메인 먹자골목에서는 좀 떨어져 있고, 전체적으로 관리되어 있지 않는 느낌이 있었습니다. 탈수기가 있는 점은 편리했고 사장님께서도 친절하셨습니다.

예약한 날 대천에 폭우. 전화로 체크인 하루 연기 요청했는데 사장님 흔쾌히 그러시라..하시면서 응대하시는데 완전 친절하시네요. 매우 깨끗하고 해수욕장 인접이라 언제듯 가볍게 산책가능해서 더 좋았습니다. 근처 또 갈 일 있으면 다시 예약하고 싶은 곳이었습니다.

가성비 숙소

가성비 숙소로 추천 합니다. 룸과 화장실이 넓고, 비용이 저렴한 장점이 있음. 하지만 건물의 노후화, 침대 단단함, 야간 주변 소음이 있습니다.

괜찮습니다.

위치가 너무 좋고, 주차장이 매우 편해서 아주 좋습니다. 생각보다 청결했고, 모래 씻는 곳도 주차장입구쪽에 있어서 안락하게 지내다 왔습니다. 다만 메인 거리에서 좀 떨어져 있어서, 메인쪽 가려면 차를 가지고 가야 했다는 점이 단점이었지만, 숙소 주차장이 여유있고 편리하기에 크게 불편하지 않았습니다.

숙소사용?

전반적으로 사용하는데 불편은 없었으나 실내에서 음식 먹는것을 사전에 허락을 받아야하는 불편이 있었고, 뒷처리까지 모든 것을 사용자가 처리하는 것이 불편했음

가족여행 후기

깔끔하니 청결한 편이고, 조용하니 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 전용주차장이 옆에 별도로 있어서 엄청 편리했고, 해변이 가까와서 좋았습니다. 예약한 방이 뷰가 아쉬웠지만 투 배드라 여유있게 잠을 잤습니다.

즐거웠던곳

관광지라 기대를 하지 않고 친구들과 같이 갔었다 주인분도 아주 친절했지만 깨끗한 실내가 너무 맘에 들었다 바닷가에서 즐길수있는 곳도 가까웠고 다음에 또 가서 묵고 싶은곳이고 적극 추천해주고 싶다

잘 쉬다 갑니다~

대천해수욕장 바로 앞에 위치해있고 편의점 가깝고 시끄럽지 않았고 주차장이 넓었습니다. 청결해서 좋았습니다. 식기류도 기본적인 거는 다 있어서 불편한 점 없이 만족합니다.

또 가고 싶은 대천 323 콘도~!

가족여행으로 숙박 컨디션은 아주 좋았습니다. 침구류도 깨끗하고 사장님이 너무 친절하셨습니다. 다음에 또 가고싶을 정도로 좋았습니다. 4층 높이인데 402호가 바다뷰라 저녁때쯤 해가 지는 모습이 너무 멋있었습니다. 레일바이크와 거리가 매우 가깝고, 50M 정도에 편의점이 2개 있습니다. 청결하고 좋은 숙박업소 인정합니다~!

좋아요

깔끔하고 넓고 바다뷰여서 전체적으로 좋았어요 바다도 바로 앞이고 어딜가든 금방갈수있어요 두가지만 빼고 좋았는데, 침대가 좀 딱딱한 편이고 조명 조절이 끄고 키는거 밖에 없어요
