Do not stay here. The tv in the room wasn’t syncing to my stream service, shower pressure was horrible, coffee in the lobby was not drinkable, older lady at the front desk was rude. All this and they still charge you $45 per day for “resort fee”?!?! What a joke. Never again will I stay here.

This Hilton needs multiple repairs the phone didnt work.in our room, the ice machines on most floors were broke, Housekeeping did keep the rooms clean.

I love the location to be near my daughter in Murray hill. I didn’t like that I arrived at 9:30am on a Tuesday and they didn’t let me check in early even though rooms were available. She said it would be an early check in charge. I usually stay at Bonvoy properties and that would never happen. The room was fine. The bed and pillows very comfortable and the halls clean. Lobby nice sitting areas and friendly staff at the door. Overall good

"The room, hallways, and fixtures look a bit worn. Exposed wires in the room in corner. Easy to work AC. Check in with Junior was fabulous.
