Sauber - aber da war doch noch was…

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück. - Check-in: klar Ungenügend, da Pässe und ID Karten zurückgehalten wurden („geht schon mal aufs Zimmer, wir machen das in der Zwischenzeit“ - was natürlich nicht gemacht war als wir wieder runter kamen und lieber ein „Schwatz“ gehalten wurde). Service geht anders. Ist auch nicht Risikofrei. - Die Betten würde ich so definieren: nächster Härtegrad der Matratzen = Betonboden. An angenehmem Schlafen war nicht zu denken. Ein absolutes No Go für ein Hotel der gebuchten Preisklasse. - Wir buchten ein Zimmer mit Küche. Nirgendwo beim Buchen stand, dass die Benützung satte 120 EUR kostete (!!!) - das eventuelle Nachputzen wäre dann mit einem horrenden Stundensatz zu verstehen. Einerseits kann dies Expedia/Hotels.com angekreidet werden (da nicht nachgeforscht) aber natürlich auch dem Hotel, dass diese Info „zufälligerweise“ unterlassen hat. Transparenz geht anders. - das Bad - tip top sauber - war so was von eng, dass eine offene Tür in der Tiefe noch gerade eine WC Schüssel zuliess. Da hat was in der Planung des 40m2 Zimmers nicht gepasst. - das Zimmer war sehr asketisch eingerichtet, was sicherlich der Putzkolonne entgegenkommt (das Zimmer war wirklich sauber) aber dadurch auch etwas kalt (in jedem Fall nicht mein Geschmack. Die beiden Fernseher waren an der Wand aufgehängt, was wieder dem Putzen entgegenkommt. Die waren allerdings echt klein. Der Planer hat offenbar noch nie was von Bilddiagonale im Verhältnis zur Sitzdistanz gehört.

Por un lado, la habitación no es como te la cuentan en la página. Ponía que tenía 4 estrellas con spa y nada más lejos de la realidad. 3 estrellas como mucho y no tiene spa. Por otro lado, hay que decir que la habitación, aunque era pequeña, estaba muy limpia y el desayuno muy bueno.

Struttura nuova e personale disponibile e gentilissimo. All’interno dello stabile anche steak-house ottima. Posizione vicinissima al centro con ponte pedonale comodo a 5 minuti. Vicinissima per impianti di risalita. Consiglio vivamente!

Buon hotel a 4 stelle, non distante dal centro di Bormio. Ottima camera ( ristrutturate recentemente) , abbiamo prezzo una junior suite, non grandissima, ma con ampio terrazzo. Buona colazione. Comodo il parcheggio incluso, accanto all'hotel.

Il personale della struttura e’ molto accogliente; ci siamo sentiti come in famiglia. La stanza e’ accogliente, pulita e arredata con stile. Per colazione c’e’ molta scelta. Inoltre sulla destra dell’hotel c’e’ una steakhouse dove si mangia benissimo.

Friendly

We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will definitely stay there again. The staff are really friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We had our bikes with us and there is a safe space to store and set up the bikes. Also, the Kellar steakhouse underneath is a massive bonus!

Preis etwas zu hoch

Wir haben ein Standardzimmer für 140 SFR gebucht. Das Zimmer war nicht renoviert - vom Bett zum Schrank bleibt wenig Platz, aber alles war sauber und das Bad war gross aber ebenfalls renovierungsbedürftig! Das Restaurant ist sehr schön und das Frühstück war sehr gut! Fazit der Preis etwas zu hoch sonst top! Denn es ist auch sehr hellhörig und den Hund nebenan haben wir laut bellend als störend empfunden!

Alpenpässe Tour

Wir haben Bormio als Übernachtungsort unserer Cabrio-Tour gewählt und als Ausgangspunkt um das Stilfser Joch zu überqueren. Das Personal und die Inhaber sind alle sehr freundlich und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind auf dem neusten Stand und sehr sauber. Nur die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

La struttura è pulita e ben tenuta, il personale di servizio efficiente e gentile. In definitiva una buona vacanza. L'unica pecca, se la possiamo chiamare così, è stata la scarsa scelta sul menù nella Steakhouse convenzionata (non possibile una scelta di primi piatti, anche tipici) e pure nel ristorante dell'albergo la sera ci è stato proposto un menù fisso di sola carne da cuocere sul tavolo. Scelta carina, ma magari non tutti possono gradire solo la carne.

Гостиница вполне оправдала ожидания. Удобное расположение в отношении горнолыжной инфраструктуры и не далеко от центра города (4 мин пешком). Уютная, частная (семейная) гостиница с чудесным рестораном (Steak House "Keller"). Нет Spa ресурсов, но при наличии в городе большого термального комплекса, недостатка в возможностях посидеть в сауне или в бассейне не ощутили. Если снова поедем в Bormio, буду стараться забронировать эту гостиницу снова.
