"Maison très propre et très bien entretenue dans une petite copropriété parfaitement placée et au calme. La maison bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal car à proximité immédiate de Bormes village, du Lavandou et des très belles plages de la région (Cabasson, Bregancon…). La terrasse avec piscine est très belle et possède une très jolie vue sans aucun vis à vis ! Les chambres sont agréables et possèdent une salle de bain chacune très moderne et récentes. "We spent a blissful week at Eric’ beautiful house among the vineyards. The house was comfortable, scenic, and well-equipped. The pool and the outdoor area was lovely as well. The location is perfection as well. Close to both hill towns and just 10 minutes from sandy beaches, there’s lots to do and also lots of ways to chill. We loved our time at Chez Dumok and would love to get back there again soon!"

"Lovely weekend stay at Emmanuel’s home in the beautiful Gaou Benat, a private area on the coast with beautiful preserved nature and local architecture.The home was as advertised: 3 rooms, 2 showers, 1 toilet. Lounge area inside very nice one outside with a great view. Functioning kitchen we used to cook and easy walking access to the beach and tennis nearby.Communication with Emmanuel was easy and prompt. "A beautifully renovated hotel in a beautiful setting. Our check-in was poor. Unhelpful, rude and not a single smile. The rest of the staff were lovely. Ate at the poolside twice. Two really average salads. Two terrible tasteless filled bagels. Both were burned. Both accompanying ‘salads’ were consisted of iceberg lettuce and a cherry tomato. We laughed, other than the price. Parking was ridiculously expensive. Outside terrace and all public areas and pool were beautiful. An easy walk into the village. Could have been a great stay, but unfortunately average. "
