  • Renovated with great attention to detail 12/2017, new and comfortably furnished apartment "Moni's bunk", is located directly on the main beach and can be easily reached via the elevator. It impresses with its central yet calm! Location. From the dining table and couch set you have a wonderful view of the open sea. The covered and sunny balcony (parasol available) invites you to have breakfast, sunbathe etc. on warm days. Sunset included. A 1.80 m wide bed with high-quality, separate mattresses ensures a high level of comfort. In the immediate vicinity you will find shops, boutiques and beach cafes.

This condo unit is very nice. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. The view is lovely being on the 3rd floor. There are a lot of steps and no elevator so if you can’t climb steps this might be difficult. It’s very quiet and so close to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The host is accessible and answers all questions immediately.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Zentral und man kann alles zu Fuß sehr gut erreichen. Die Wohnung entspricht den eingestellten Fotos und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Selbst 2 Schirme und ein Schuhanzieher waren vorhanden. Frau Lünenschloß ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die um ihre Mieter bemüht ist und vorab immer reichbar war!

Wohnungszustand gut, leider musste der Duschablauf gesäubert werden. Hat uns 2 Tage geärgert. Hausmeister war dazu nicht in der Lage, Vater von der Eigentümerin löste das Problem innerhalb von wenigen Minuten. Ansonsten keine weiteren Probleme. Wir fühlten uns wohl.Positiv: Sehr nette Eigentümerin und Vater. Lage top, zentral und trotzdem ruhig.

Schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung. Super ausgestattet und sauber. Von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang die Sonne auf dem Balkon. Von sonnig bis Sandsturm über Schneesturm alles erlebt. Bestimmt mal wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf Borkum. Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und ist somit ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für lange Erkundungstouren entlang dieses sagenhaft schönen Strandes. Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich eingerichtet und der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war sehr sympathisch. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Perfekter Kurztrip

Ich mache regelmäßige Kurztrips mit meiner Tochter( 13Jahre) und Borkum war dafür perfekt. Das Appartement ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt auf Borkum. Die Lage ist schön Zentral mit Blick aufs Meer. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist super. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Zu Empfehlen ist es, sich ein Fahrrad auszuleihen um wirklich die ganze Insel zu sehen. Die Anreise mit der Fähre und die Weiterfahrt mit der Borkumer Kleinbahn ist sehr gut geregelt. Vielen Dank noch mal an unsere Vermieterin und die Agentur vor Ort für die netten Worte und den Empfang. Wir werden Borkum auf jeden Fall ein weiteres Mal besuchen. Es war wunderschön

Auch wenn das Haus äußerlich nicht besonders hübsch war. Wir haben uns in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Sie war sehr gut und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet, es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Der Blick am Frühstückstisch auf die Seehundbank war phänomenal. Fernglas mitnehmen!
