Spa staff and service was excellent. Our room was not ready at 4:30 when we checked in. We were told we would receive a text message when it was ready. After waiting another hour 1/2 no text message was received. Went back to lobby only to find out the room was ready. No apologies was offered.

Great hotel in a great location right on the beach. Amazing breakfast every morning as well. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I loved it! Highly recommended!
