Lieblos und abgewohnt

Die FeWo war auf den 2. Blick leider schlecht gereinigt. In den Ecken und von der Decke hingen Staubweben, Dichtungen in der Dusche und Klobürstenschale waren offensichtlich schon länger nicht gesäubert worden. In Möbeln und Küchenarbeitsplatte Macken, Kaffeespritzer auf Heizkörpern, viele DVDs, aber kein DVD-Player, Kühlschranklicht defekt, keine Tür schloss Zuknallen/Abschließen.

Keine Internetverbindung wenn O2, daher funktionierte eine Kontaktaufnahme nur außerhalb des Grundstücks.Ansonsten war alles super.

Wohnung ist ok

Die Wohnung ist gut, allerdings waren einige Dinge schon abgenutzt. Der DVD-Player war nicht vorhanden. Zudem wurden an den Nachbarwohnungen die ganze Woche Malerarbeiten ausgeführt, was Geräusche und Gerüche verursacht hat.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern, 2 und 9 Jahre) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Eindruck von den Bildern auf der Website hat sich bestätigt. Das kleine Gartenstück war auch sehr schön zum Entspannen, auch gab es ein paar Spielsachen für die Kinder. Es hätte ein paar mehr Küchenutensilien geben können, aber abgesehen davon war alles tippitoppi.

Nettes Haus, aber teilweise ungepflegt

Die Lage ist wunderschön, was jedoch etwas störte waren die toten Mückenkadaver an den Wänden. Leider begannen nach zwei Tagen Toilette und Dusche im oberen Bad sehr schlecht abzulaufen. Diese waren anscheinend verstopft, was regelmäßig überprüft werden sollte.
