"My partner and 3 children stayed in the Luxury Apartment and it was excellent! So much space for a family and everything we needed was there in the mini-kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. The apartment was so carefully decorated and designed that it was a beautiful, peaceful, and esthetic place to stay. The host is a beautiful and person with such positive energy and very thoughtful - she included a stool in the bathroom for my toddler to reach the sink and moved our laundry hanging to dry outside...

"Amazing charmingly restored 17th century building in a stunning natural setting by the Piedmont Alps. Staff very friendly and attentive, spotless clean and well decorated rooms, comfortable bed, high quality linens, and wonderful breakfast! The hotel has many areas to relax, and many options to explore the astonishing surroundings. I just found a little confusing to understand, on their website at the time of booking, the difference between the Country House and the Guest House Palazzo dei Venti...

"It’s a nice & very convenient hotel. But the breakfast is awful, all mass-produced, pre-packed sweet and savoury items, even juices are from concentrate, not a good advert for Italian cuisine. The toiletries in the room are beyond basic and lots of plastic packaging. A little attention and creativity would improve things so much. It’s still the best place to stay in the area. "

"Magical castle with fantastic dining hall set in the outskirts of once-great manufacturing town of Ivrea famous for its Olivetti typewriters. Floors might be creaky and TVs are outdated, but overall ambience compensates for this a lot. Great place to stay if you travelling from Alpes to Italian coast of Milano"

"Personale cortese, il posto è in una zona silenziosa, circondato dalla natura, sicuramente se ricapiteremo in zona non esiteremo a ritornarci! Le stanze sono tenute molto bene, eravamo ben collegati a Ivrea e alle zone circostanti quindi è stato comodissimo per noi. Estremamente consigliato per chi cerca una zona tranquilla!"
