"The Hotel Bergamo a beautiful place to stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did have an issue checking into room, and even after we could check in, we noticed that there was someone else struggling to access their check in code. Overall, however, I would highly recommend."

"We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was very big, modern and clean. We didn't visit the spa, which was included, so can't comment on that.
