"Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. "The hotel and the restaurant were both top notch. We loved staying there. The only caveat was that there were 52 steps to our room, so we got lots of excise while we were there. If you have mobility issues, be sure to tell the hotel n advance. Otherwise we were delighted and would stay there again, even with all the steps."
