There are no staff members on the premises, although when called in, Drakkar was friendly and helpful. "Every thing from check in to check out was excellent. The room was wonderful and comfortable, I slept well. The only issue was that during a conference only one elevator worked, so I actually took the stairs to the 5th floor, at least I was able to get my steps in, other than that I highly recommend this hotel. "
