Located in the heart of the between two seas near St Emilion (20 mn), Bordeaux (25 mn), the Bassin d'Arcachon and its Dune du Pilat/Cap Ferret (1 hour), and the Dordogne (1 hour from Bergérac and Périgueux), this country house of character of 150 m² surrounded by a garden of 2250 m² is ideal for spending a family stay.

You will also find 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet on the ground floor and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet upstairs.

We have a vegetable garden with beautiful vegetables that we pay a lot of attention to so with the balloons.

And you will also discover our chicken coop and our 4 chickens behind the garage. Can you hear them singing? Then go and see in the nesting box, fresh eggs will be waiting for you.

Our village has 2200 inhabitants. Located 1 km from the village you will find all amenities: 2 bakeries, a supermarket, a post office, a pharmacy, 2 banks, 4 general practitioners, physiotherapists, osteopaths and nurses and a very good restaurant.

Children and adults alike will be able to use the bicycles, board games, trampoline, swing with care, all under the supervision and vigilance of adults.
