🏠 The accommodation
Welcome to Sonora — an apartment with a strong character, carefully decorated around the theme of Bordeaux and wine. As soon as you enter, the interior glass roof, the wooden wine crates in decoration and the vintage posters of the city immerse you in the authentic atmosphere of the Gironde region.
The apartment consists of a double bed (linen and towels provided), a bright living room with comfortable sofa bed and golden cushions, a dining room for 2-4 people, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, complete crockery) and a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet.
The moldings on the ceiling and the touches of burgundy red give the accommodation a character that is both warm and elegant. The large bay window floods the living room with natural light.

🚆 Pessac train station — TER connections to Gare Saint-Jean de Bordeaux

🍷 Wine culture & heritage The mythical Château Pape Clément (classified as a Grand Cru) is just a few minutes away — a must-visit to discover the region's thousand-year-old wine history. Pessac is also home to the Cité Frugès-Le Corbusier, a district of modernist architecture and an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
🍽️ Restaurants & wine bars A 5-minute walk away, the Place de la Liberté is home to several lively brasseries and cafés. Don't miss Le Décanteur, an excellent wine cellar and tapas bar popular with locals, ideal for extending the evening with a glass of Pessac-Léognan.
