Really nice stay really convenient location for the station and Bordeaux city centre just a tram journey. Room was spacious and clean, shower was ok but wasn’t that powerful, only one iron so if you wanted it you had to hope no one else was using it. Would highly recommend due to location and the quietness of the place.

Maybe if it was 1/2 the price?! At one point likely very nice, but now old, tired and not cleaned well...Large bug/beatle/cockroach jumped out in living room...one v tiny waste basket in the bathroom, nothing more and there was even a kitchenette. Old grime left behind in kitchnette...or something. If they cleaned it up and refreshed it it has great potential. Neighborhood quiet and close to the train station...the only advantage!

We stayed for two nights three days and the Wi-Fi didn't work at all.....but it was close to the train station, it was convenient to access to different places. When we went back to the hotel at night around 8 pm, grocery stories were closed so we had no choice but drank one of the water bottle in the fridge and we were told that it cost 2 €.

Disappointing stay

Well located but frustrating stay. We weren’t allowed to check in a minute early so had to wait in a local coffee shop. The room had a downstairs part which resembled a waiting room and then a tiny spiral staircase to the bedroom. The staircase was too small to get a suitcase up, and was very slippery. There was a kitchenette downstairs, but no tea or coffee making facilities - making no sense. There is little noise insulation between rooms.

Très peu satisfaite, à la limite de la déception

Je ne suis pas vraiment satisfaite de mon séjour pour plusieurs raisons: il faisait plutôt froid dans l'appartement à mon arrivée et je n'ai trouvé aucune couette/couverture supplémentaire; et comme je n'aime pas dormir avec le chauffage trop élevé, j'ai eu froid toute la nuit le manque voire l'absence de conseils sur des adresses pour manger à proximité (on aurait vraiment dit que ma question était exceptionnelle...) le fait de ne pouvoir payer que par espèce ou par chèque (pour une taxe de séjour...) le fait de proposer un petit déjeuner seulement à partir de 7h30; après peut etre que cet hotel est plutôt réservé pour des séjours loisirs mais dans mon cas je suis assez décue et pourtant je ne crois pas être trop exigeante...

Un « hôtel particulier » transformé en hôtel . A 3 minutes à pied de la gare Bordeaux St-jean, une rue calme . Des chambres (type studio) avec un coin détente, une petite cuisine , une grande salle de bain et une grande chambre à l’étage . Une arrière cours où se détendre ou prendre son petit dej . Ne ressemble en aucun cas aux hôtels standardisés , ici c’est singulier, mais tellement agréable, bien-être, charme, tranquillité : c’est PARFAIT ! Une communication avant l’arrivée et pendant parfaite , un accueil bienveillant . Un petit dej apporté en chambre copieux . Si je dois revenir à Bordeaux pour 1 nuit ou pour 10 c’est ici que je reviendrai.

ci tornerò volentieri!

ci è piaciuto molto! spazioso, grazioso e silenzioso (a parte il riscaldamento in camera che non si capiva come spegnere) e con una accoglienza molta simpatica. Bisogna dire però che non c'erano le pantofole né il bollitore presente nella descrizione della camera. Però il personale molto disponibile ci ha fornito un bollitore il giorno dopo!
