Outside, take full advantage of the villa's flagship area, consisting of the swimming pool, the petanque court and the wooden terrace.

The heated swimming pool, 6x3 metres, is equipped with 4 steps, a gentle slope and reaches a maximum depth of 1.60 m. Secured by a motorised curtain, it is perfect for families.
For lovers of conviviality, head for the petanque court. In the shade of the trees or in full sun depending on the time, it is ideal for wild games, so you shoot or you point...

Want to relax? Sit on the terrace, around the large family table for 10/12 people. Light the barbecue, take out the deckchairs, and enjoy the morning sun until about 4 p.m. thanks to the south-east exposure.

And for even more serenity: this outdoor space is completely out of sight. No windows overlook the garden, and the dense vegetation, combined with the fence, guarantees you total privacy. The only golden rule: respect the peace and quiet at night, to preserve harmony with the neighbourhood.

Finally, you will have peace of mind in terms of parking thanks to the electric gate: one vehicle can be parked in the property, another in front of the house, and several spaces are available on the street. Two spaces guaranteed... or even more.

Welcome to the interior of the house. Start with the main entrance by visiting the least interesting, but most useful: the toilets and the laundry room equipped: washing machine, cleaning equipment, storage space for coats and shoes. But also a small entrance cabinet to have the keys available, and all the useful information for your stay.

As you move forward, you are immediately attracted by the natural light that fills the kitchen and living room, thanks to large bay windows offering an unobstructed view of the pool and the terrace.

The open kitchen is a real living space: a beautiful central island, modern equipment (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle...), and everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals. We even leave you the essentials: salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea...

On the left, relax in the living room, with a large comfortable sofa, coffee tables, a smart TV with Netflix and still that beautiful view of the pool.

Another step to the left, and you arrive in the dining room, with a large table, chairs and a decorative cabinet with books and toys. A staircase leads you upstairs to discover the sleeping area.

Upstairs:
A landing leads to four bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Each room is decorated on the theme of the region:

The Bordeaux and Bassin d'Arcachon rooms overlook the pool and garden. The other two have a view of the street.
The Cap Ferret room has a private shower room.

Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, a small desk, a chair, and a large closet. The walls are decorated with Marcel posters honouring the Gironde.

The main bathroom has a bathtub, a sink with large mirror and a second toilet.

An outbuilding of 20 m², accessible from the garden through a bay window, offers:
- A lounge area with armchairs and coffee table

- A private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)
