  • Summary:

    Very nice studio, cozy, with kitchenette, bathroom, WIFI & TV.

    Very useful air conditioning from June to September!

    The accommodation is on the 3rd floor (without elevator) of an old building.

    The studio is located in the heart of the historic and popular district of Saint-Michel: It is a lively area and very popular with students, renowned for its lively Capuchin market, its basilica, and its antique shops.

    Tram station and self-service bicycles nearby.

    Sheets and towels provided.

    The accommodation is equipped with a very useful air conditioner from June to September!

    The accommodation is on the 3rd floor (without elevator) of an old building..

    You have access to the entire accommodation.



    The Neighborhood:

    The Saint Michel district is multi cultural, popular and lively with its many bars and restaurants open until late at night



    Getting Around:

    Tram station (Saint Michel) and self-service bicycles nearby.

    On the street: free on Sunday, paying on weekdays from 9 am to 19 pm. 2.5€ / hour. 2 hours maximum



    Under ground 1 minute walk (Parking Salinières (480 places), 12 Quai des Salinières, 33000 Bordeaux. A minute walk from the apartment). About 15 euros per day, 50 euros per week. (Closed at the moment for works)



    From Mérignac airport: about 1 hour

    - take Bus 1, get off at Capucins station then walk for 9 minutes, or

    - take Bus 1, get off at Gare Saint Jean station, take Tram C, get off at Saint Michel station, walk 1 minute.



    Other Things to Note:

    The double glazing has been installed since July 20, 2018!
