The convertible sofa in the living room can accommodate 2 additional people.



Ideal location for exploring the city thanks to the proximity of transport (tram), quays, shops, restaurants, markets and flea markets.

Great property. Hosts provided very detailed information. The apartment had everything you needed. Close to restaurants so it would get quite noisy at night.

Nice little Apartment

We enjoyed our one week stay in december very much. The apartment is very central in the city, Supermarket near by, same is the Tram. Check-in was totally uncomplicated via a number code to gain access to the keys

Nice apartment, loud neighborhood

The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. Washing machine is on the ground floor and laundry detergent was provided. There was a clothes drying rack in the bedroom closet. The caretaker responded to our questions promptly via text. Location is a short walk from the tram, a bakery, a grocery store, and restaurants. However, the neighborhood itself was not ideal. Due to the warm weather we had to leave windows open for fresh air and were subjected to loud noises at all hours of the night, including people shouting, music, carts being pulled over the cobblestone streets, a garbage truck (after midnight) and the laundry service truck (at 3am). This made it difficult to sleep. A homeless man slept on the sidewalk right across from the door to our apartment every night, which might explain why the street often smelled like urine. At one point we heard a neighbor yelling at someone to stop peeing in the street. Looking out the bedroom window in the middle of the night, I saw rats scurrying back and forth on the corner where someone had left their trash bags. We did not report these problems to the caretaker since they were beyond their control. It's too bad, because the apartment itself was quite nice.

Short stay in Bordeaux

The apartment was fantastic for our enjoyable visit to Bordeaux. Perfectly situated and equipped. Host was wonderful and answered any questions we had promptly. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Location ok. Apartment needs better crockery. All chipped. Assistance from property manager excellent however. No amenities such as coffee , tea etc which was disappointing as we had to rush out obtain provisions

Great location, great walking distance to restaurants, grocery, many historic sites, tours. Very comfortable apartment. Eva very good to respond to any questions I had. Only complaint was shower needs a new shower head.

Joli appartement dans un quartier animé très bien placé

Très peu de temps passé dans l'appartement, uniquement pour dormir et être proche de la famille qui habite à quelques centaines de mètres. Confortable et propre.

Guter Standort für Bordeaux Erkundundung

Perfekte Anbindung an die Tram vom Flughafen und in alle anderen Richtungen. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet. Für Selbstversorger wäre es schön, etwas mehr Küchenausrüstung zu haben. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Erreichbarkeit zu vielen Restaurants und zur Markthalle (!!) ist sehr gut!.

Super emplacement très centrale et bien desservie. Appartement conforme à l'annonce, canapé lit assez confort au vu d'autres expériences. Organisation au top avec la propriétaire. 2 jours Super sur Bordeaux

Convenient location, small but comfortable flat

The apartment was very clean with fairly new appliances, plush towels, and simple but comfortable furniture. No dinner table, just a bar and stools, but it suited our needs perfectly. Owner/manager was gracious about our early check-in, and we enjoyed our stay. Note: washing machine is downstairs from the flat but was nonetheless convenient, and detergent was provided for us.
